Brainworks is proud to announce the new promotion of Jeff Jones as the new Director of Customer Success for Brainworks Software.
This new position within Brainworks is designed to ensure that our customers are happy and successful and receiving full value from their Brainworks system. Jeff will coordinate any and all support and implementation services that might be necessary and appropriate for any given customer. As an ombudsman for the customer, Jeff will have access to the top levels of Brainworks to ensure timely resolution of any outstanding issues.

Jeff has many years of experience working for a customer and as such is well-suited to understanding the myriad business (and technology) problems our customers are facing.”
