Sayville, Long Island, February, 2012 – Brainworks Software, the leading provider of newspaper advertising and circulation systems for North America has announced that the Evansville Courier & Press has gone live with their newly installed Brainworks advertising system.

The Courier & News is the first Scripps property to go live with the Brainworks Advertising system. Their advertising system, which is fully hosted in a secure data center, includes classified, retail and preprint advertising and accounts receivable. The remaining twelve Scripps properties will be going live throughout 2012.

Brainworks software has been installed at over 800 North American newspapers over the past 25 years. Products include fully integrated classified and display advertising, circulation, billing, accounts receivable, contract and credit management, classified pagination, and ROP ad layout, and a state-of-the art Sales Force Automation system supporting Web and Smartphone platforms.
