This person is a valued member of a team that ensures customer satisfaction through effective delivery of professional services. It requires a detailed understanding of the client's business requirements, ability to guide their implementation to take full advantage of all the benefits of a new system
and assist in the configuration of the Brainworks Advertising and Accounts Receivable products.

Summary Skills:
- Participate on a number of concurrent implementation teams
- Ensure the client takes advantage of Brainworks best practices
- Be a liaison for professional services when interacting with customer and development
- Identify opportunities to provide additional services to the customer
- Ensure customers are extremely satisfied with Brainworks products and services
- Provide business consulting services that are part of our delivery process
- Conduct business analysis and project planning with management and users

Qualifications Required:
- Course development and teaching skills.
- Learns new skills quickly and effectively transfers the information to others
- Experience implementing newspaper advertising production solutions.

Knowledge Base:
Working knowledge with at least one of the following business areas:
- Newspaper production, technical support, business consulting and project management

Familiarity with the following:
- Microsoft Windows XP
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Word
- Excel
- MSProject or equivalent
- Quark and InDesign

Skill Set:
- Project Management experience using PMI recognized processes.
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Passion for customer service
- Business development skills
- Must be willing to travel 2 to 3 weeks per month
- Knowledge of Internet publishing technology and operations
- Ability to thrive in a small project team environment (1 - 2 person teams)
- Previous experience with a major systems integrator and/or an enterprise software company
- Have a balance of functional (business) and technical experience and are
willing to 'roll up your sleeves' and get involved in project details.

Education:
- Bachelors Degree, PMI Certification or 4+ years business experience in the publishing industry.
