Software Integrator

Brainworks Software Development Corp develops high quality software for all areas of the newspaper industry and is dedicated to having the best software and customer support in the industry. Our corporate office is located in Sayville, NY with satellite offices around the country. We are currently seeking applications to fill a position as a software integrator.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on, self motivated professional that is driven by new learning experiences and is able to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team. In addition, the successful candidate will be able to travel and work directly with clients to install and train.

Special consideration will be give to applications with:
- Software installation/training experience
- Experience working at a newspaper

Required Experience/Skills
- Software support
- Some knowledge of the newspaper industry
- Ability to travel frequently and work directly with end clients
- Basic PC skills (windows, word, excel, etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience or ability to do class room and small group training

Successful candidate will posses:
- Good communication skills
- Self motivated/Self starter
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work directly with clients to trouble shoot problems and provide solutions
- Professional manner in working with clients and co-workers at all times - at clients site, phone support, etc.
- Ability to learn new things quickly
- Maintain a positive attitude
