With just a single command, ROP Ad Layout retrieves an up-to-date list of display ads for a particular edition or section from the Brainworks database. Ad space is reserved, as defined by the user's style specifications for each page. Ad planning is based on the ad color, priority code, size and other optional information.

Several layout styles are available in ROP Ad Layout, including pyramid inside, pyramid outside, pyramid all ads to the right side of the page, and pyramid all ads to the left side of the page. You have the freedom to designate whether each ad is bordered by news on the top, the side or both.

Ad order information can be booked via Brainworks display order entry system or imported from another ad entry system.

Dynamic Ad Placement
Within seconds your plan is finished. You can then modify the placement of the ads if needed. You may even remove an ad from the layout and reposition it on another page. When you move an ad to a page, you can automatically restack the page with a single click. When you make a change, the database keeps track of the new position so you can obtain a report of its actual placement.

Resolve Ad Conflicts Easily
In order to ensure error-free dummying, ROP Ad Layout informs you of conflicts that may occur during the dummying process, while leaving the course of action up to you. You may opt to override and dummy the ad regardless of conflicts, or you may opt not to override, whereby the ad is skipped and the dummy process is continued. The ad remains in the list, marked with an icon to indicate that it has not been placed. Additional choices are to dummy the ad onto the next page or stop the process altogether.
